Seed Graders are used for efficient cleaning and grading of all types of cereal grains, paddy, rice, malting barley, coffee seeds and pre-cleaning and grading of all types of seeds such as wheat, paddy, maize, millets, sunflower, soybean, oil seeds and also for rice & pulse milling plants.

Principal & Operation
It clean the seeds based on wt. & size, with the help of air and screen size.
Seed/Grains are fed in to the feed hopper from where they are evenly distributed by a feed roller and drop through a controlled gate on the top sieve. Before falling on Top Screen, grain/seed are subjected to primary aspiration which drains off chaff, straw, dust, deceased grain etc. and are collected in a spout/in the D.C. The oversize material is collected in the self cleaning spouts. The seed which passes through the middle grading screen, moves over the bottom screen, which separate the under size. The material which moves over the bottom screen passes through secondary aspiration before coming out of the machine.

• All Electric motors are of Marathon, ABB, Siemens, Bharat Bijili, Crompton, Kirloskar etc. Where as starter & MCB of L&T and ABB.
• No Elevator is required as feeding is by pneumatic lift of built in blower of grader.
